Policies

  Hours
U N W I N D's service hours are from 9am to 9pm. Appointments may be scheduled between the hours of 8am and 7pm. Scheduling appointments before or after our regular service hours is absolutely possible for a fee of $25 per hour.
   
  Minimum Service Charge
We are a mobile spa service and require that you book a service that is at least $120 for us to travel to you.
   
  Payments Methods
We accept cash and credit cards as the methods of payment for appointments booked less than 2 ½ weeks in advance. Checks may be used ONLY in the event that they are received by U N W I N D two weeks prior to the service date. All appointments are reserved when half the amount of the booked service is held on a credit card and the full amount will be charged once the service has been rendered.
   
  Cancellation Policy
Same day bookings are non-refundable and reservations made in advance must be canceled 24 hours before the session time or the Client will be charged in full.
   
  Long Distance Travel
There is a $35 surcharge for travel that extends beyond our standard service area.
   
  Refusal of Services
U N W W I N D Spa Specialists are highly trained professionals who reserve the right to refuse service to any client who has acted in an inappropriate manner or who was not forthcoming about her/his medical condition that is a contraindication to receiving the reserved service when the reservation was placed.
