Event Chair Massage
An UNWIND five to thirty minute chair massage is one way to enhance any event such as large conventions, wellness retreats, grand openings or even tent sales events. Massage therapy helps reduce muscle tension in the body decreasing chronic pain and stress. Tightness in the muscles can contribute to headaches, sciatica, tendonitis, and low back pain. People are always surprised and delighted when chair massage is offered at any event!
Event Manicures
An UNWIND fifteen minute mini manicure or a thirty minute full manicure is the perfect addition to events like music festivals, trade shows or even seminars. A full 30 minute manicure includes trimming and polishing of the nails and shaping of the cuticles and a 15 minute mini mani color change is simply removing the polish that is there and putting a fresh new coat of polish on each nail. Events that offer manicure services are memorable next level events!
Event Facials
An UNWIND fifteen minute mini facial cleanse or a thirty minute facial is a true treat at any event. Events that most often offer facials are wellness retreats, spa conventions & charity events. A 30 minute facial includes steaming, cleansing, moisturizing & hand massage and a 15 minute facial consist of cleansing & moisturizing. Whichever option you choose to have at your event, it will be absolutely perfect.
Event Yoga
Yoga at an event may be 60 minute, 30 minute or 15 minute sessions. Many yoga practices consist of a series of postures and breathing exercises practiced to achieve balance, strength, tone & flexibility. Unwind Yoga Instructors create each session that is designed specifically for the needs of the event. Some events like to focus on postural flow while other events focus on relaxation & breathwork.
Event Henna Art
Henna art is a fun addition to any event and may be applied by using a stencil or by drawing freehand. Depending on the size and detail of your chosen art, the application will take between 15 minutes to 45 minutes. Henna art is often found at events such as school carnivals, comic conventions and product launch events.
Group Guided Meditation
Events that have guided meditation are often based on health or spiritual practices. You may choose between a 1 hour guided meditation session, 30 minute guided group meditation or a 15 minute meditation. Many people prefer guided meditation because it is almost effortless.
