What is a Reiki session?

A Reiki session is beyond any massage technique you have ever tried before. You lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table. To add to the relaxing atmosphere, there will be candles lit and soft music playing. The practitioner conducts Reiki energy by placing hands lightly on or near your body. This energy allows for healing of the whole being in body, mind & spirit.

How will I feel during a Reiki session?

You may feel tingles, warmth or emotional release as the Reiki energy flows into your body. During a Reiki session you are very likely to sense of deep peace and relaxation combined with a pleasant feeling of security. Some clients speak of seeing images or receive insights. When you participate in a series of sessions, expect positive life changes affecting your overall well being.

What are the benefits of Reiki?

Reiki reduces stress, promoted relaxation and works together with medical or other therapeutic techniques to aid healing, especially in conjunction with adema, cosmetic surgery or other surgeries. However, it is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
