UNWIND’s service hours are from 9am to 9pm by appointment ONLY. Scheduling appointments for before or after our regular service hours is absolutely possible for a fee of $25+ depending on the time.
MINIMUM SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
Our minimum service requirements are as follows:
- Massage – 1hr per Massage Therapist
- Chair Massage – 2hrs per Massage Therapist
- Events, Spa Parties & Corporate / Office Services – 2hrs per Spa Specialist
- Facials – 2hrs per per Esthetician which would be one of 3 options: 2 people each receiving a 1hr Facial, 4 people each receiving a 30m Facial, or 8 people each receiving a 15m Mini Facial Cleanse.
- Nails – 2hrs per Nail Specialist which would be one of 3 options: 2 people each receiving a 1hr Mani & Pedi, 4 people each receiving a 30m Mani, or 8 people each receiving a 15m Mini Mani Color Change.
20% gratuity is added to all individual services, groups, spa parties, corporate wellness services & events. Gratuity is based on the original cost of services (before any discounts).
We accept credit cards or PayPal as the methods of payment. ALL appointments will receive an invoice for electronic payment and payments are to be made in full prior to spa specialists being sent to any location. Payment will reserve or confirm services.
Same day bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations for an individual reservation made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus the 2.9% processing fee + $.30 for transaction. Deposits for spa parties & events canceled less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. Spa parties & events canceled less than 72 hours in advance will be charged in full.
CHANGES TO SPA PARTIES & EVENTS
All changes are to be made 72 hours prior to the event. First time changes to spa parties & events made more than 72 hours prior to the event are free. A second change to a spa party or event will result in a decrease of half of the discount. Changing a spa party or event a third time will cancel out the full discount. More than three changes will be charged the amount of the original booking should it be larger than the final service total. Any changes made with less that 72 hours notice will be charged the full amount.
RESCHEDULING INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Rescheduling must happen more than 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment. There is a $50 rescheduling fee that will be sent in a new invoice. There are no changes allowed within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment time.
RESCHEDULING SPA PARTIES & EVENTS
Spa parties & events that reschedule more than 1 week prior to the event are not charged or will be refunded minus the 2.9% processing fee + $.30 for transaction. Rescheduling within 72 hours of your event will result in a decrease of half of the discount & our issuing a new invoice for half of the originally discounted price. Rescheduling a spa party in fewer than 72 hours will cancel out the full discount and we will issue a new invoice for the full amount that was originally discounted + a $50 rescheduling fee. There are no changes allowed within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment time.
There is a $25+ surcharge for travel per spa specialist.
If the client has not responded within 15m of their scheduled time, the client forfeits their service time and will not receive a refund. A Spa Specialist will wait for a client for 15m before leaving.
NAIL POLISH SERVICES
After receiving any nail polish application, it is best to wait between 10 and 12 hours before getting into a swimming pool. Your nails may feel dry to the touch shortly after application, but that’s only the top layer. It may take several hours for polished nails to be completely dry. It is also best to refrain from taking hot baths, long hot showers, stepping into a steam room or relaxing in a hot sauna because all of these actions may negatively effect your newly polished nails. UNWIND is not responsible for nail polish that chips or comes off after the nail polish has been applied.
REFUSAL OF SERVICES
UNWIND Spa Specialists reserve the right to refuse service to any client who acts in an inappropriate manner. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who was not forthcoming about her/his medical condition. Some medical conditions are a contraindication to receiving bodywork and must be mentioned at the time of placing the reservation.
